Agent Module
Overview
The Agent Module is used to manage Agents registered within the DataFloem platform.
An Agent is a service that runs on the user's own server and communicates with DataFloem to execute Docker image build operations. Once registered, an Agent receives build requests from the platform and performs Docker image builds within the user's own environment.
During the build process, the Agent streams build logs back to DataFloem in real time, allowing users to monitor build progress, review logs, and track the status of build operations as they execute.
This page displays all Agents registered in the system.

Managing Agents
This page displays all registered Agents in the system.
From this page you can:
- View all registered Agents.
- Search and filter the Agent list.
- Register new Agents.
- Update existing Agent configurations.
- Remove Agents.
- Manage the active status of an Agent.
- Monitor whether an Agent is currently online and available.
Agent Information
Each Agent contains the following information.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Name of the Agent. |
| Description | Description of the Agent. |
| Host | Hostname or IP address where the Agent is running. |
| Port | Communication port used by the Agent. |
| Create Date | Date and time when the Agent was registered. |

Agent Status
Agents can report their current availability to the system.
When an Agent is running and successfully communicating with DataFloem, its current state is displayed in the Agent list. This allows administrators to quickly verify whether an Agent is available to receive and execute build requests.
Notes
- Every Agent runs on the user's own infrastructure.
- Agents communicate securely with DataFloem to execute build operations.
- Docker image builds are performed on the Agent host.
- Build logs are streamed to DataFloem in real time.
- Multiple Agents can be registered within the same DataFloem installation.
